Phantom Consulting Services started because we kept watching the same thing happen: good contractors doing good work and getting underpaid for it, and homeowners accepting settlements that didn't come close to the cost of the repair. After 25 years in restoration, construction, and estimating, we knew exactly how the carrier's side worked. So we built a firm that only works for the other side.
