Collections for Restoration Contractors
You did the work. We make sure you get paid for it.
Carriers sitting on approved supplements. Homeowners holding deductibles and mortgage-endorsed checks. An office team too busy to chase any of it. Send us your aging report and we work every open balance until the money lands.

Frequently asked questions
How do you charge for collections?
Typically a percentage of what we recover, so we're only paid when you are. Flat monthly pricing is available for ongoing AR management, and many contractors bundle this with our Bookkeeping service.
Will you contact my customers directly?
Only with your approval and only professionally. Most homeowner balances resolve with clear communication about what the carrier paid and what remains owed.
What kinds of balances do you recover?
Recoverable depreciation, approved but unpaid supplements, homeowner deductibles, mortgage-company-held checks, and past-due invoices on insurance-funded jobs.
When do you recommend a lien or an attorney?
We track lien-rights deadlines for your state from day one. If a file isn't moving and the deadline is approaching, we'll advise on a lien and hand off to your attorney with complete documentation.
Are you a collection agency?
We work as an accounts-receivable service on your behalf, under your company's name, focused on insurance-funded balances. When a file needs formal collection or legal action, we prepare the package and hand it off to the right professional.
What do you need to get started?
Your AR aging report and access to the job files (estimates, carrier correspondence, invoices). If you also use our Bookkeeping service, we already have most of it.
