# Invoices and payments
## When you're billed for each service and the ways you can pay. Meta description: How Phantom invoices work, when each service is billed, and how to pay by card, ACH or Klarna.
Invoices are sent by email with a secure payment link. You can pay by credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer or Klarna.
When you're billed depends on the service:
- **Paid before delivery:** Matterport scans and drone flights. Files are released once the invoice is paid.
- **Two payments:** Xactimate estimates, Construction Estimating, Bid Management, Reports and Process Automation setup. An initial payment is due before the first deliverable, and the final balance is billed at close-out.
- **Billed after delivery:** Moisture Mapping. One invoice after the final report.
- **Monthly:** Job Costing, Project Administration, Sales & Marketing, Matterport hosting and automation support.
- **Billing & Collections:** billed monthly, based on payments recovered.
