# Matterport 3D Scanning & As-Builts
## A 3D walkthrough of the property you can share, measure and build from.
Phantom captures properties with Matterport 3D cameras, creating a walkthrough model you can share, measure in and use for as-builts, claims documentation or marketing.
**How it works:** We confirm the address, square footage, floors, structures and any large open spaces, then book the scan. After the scan we process the model and review it before release. Add-ons include MatterPak files and schematic floor plans.
**Delivery:** a shareable link, through the client portal, or transferred to your own Matterport account.
**Billing:** paid before delivery; files are released once the invoice is paid. Models hosted on Phantom's Matterport account have a monthly hosting fee while active. Transferring the model to your own account, or asking us to archive it, stops the hosting fee.
