Owner Claims Consulting helps homeowners, landlords and small commercial owners through a property claim. Most owners only go through one claim, and the process can be confusing. Our team explains how it works, helps you document the damage and gives you guidance at each decision point. What you get: A clear explanation of how the claim process works and what to expect next. Organized claim documentation, including photos, readings and a damage inspection when needed. A repair estimate in Xactimate, so you understand what the repair should cost. Guidance at each decision point, and coordination with your contractor. What we need from you: Your policy and claim information. Photos of the damage. Letters and emails from your insurance company. How it works: It starts with a conversation about your claim. Our team reviews your claim and documents, gives you guidance as each decision comes up, and wraps up when the claim closes. Our role: We provide guidance and documentation. You, or your contractor, stay the one dealing with the insurance company; we don't represent you with the carrier. Billing: Set per client and confirmed in a written quote before work starts.
