Phantom writes insurance claim estimates in Xactimate for contractors and restoration companies: preliminary estimates, supplements and change orders.
How it works: We review the claim information, coverages and documents, write the estimate and send it to you. Once it's submitted to the carrier, we track it through review and approval. Each estimate, supplement or change order is handled as its own request.
What we need: the insurance company and claim number, the carrier's estimate if there is one, photos, the rooms or areas affected and the trades involved. Photos, a 3D scan, or an on-site damage inspection by our team.
Billing: two payments. An initial payment is due before the estimate is delivered, and the final balance is billed once the estimate is approved.
