Public Adjusting

How we handle your claim
We read your policy, review the carrier's estimate, and tell you plainly whether your claim is underpaid, under-scoped, or wrongly denied.
On-site inspection with drone imagery, moisture mapping, and photos, then a full Xactimate estimate of the true scope of damage.
We handle every call, email, and supplement with the carrier and recover depreciation. You pay a percentage only when you get paid.
We work on a contingency fee — a percentage of the settlement we recover — so there is no upfront cost. The exact percentage is set in your agreement and disclosed in writing before you sign anything.
The carrier's adjuster works for the insurance company. A licensed public adjuster works only for you, the policyholder, to document the loss and negotiate the settlement your policy owes.
Often, yes. Many claims can be reopened or supplemented when damage was missed or under-scoped. Send us the claim file and we'll tell you if there's more to recover.
Your contractor builds; we handle the claim. If the carrier's estimate doesn't match the real scope of work, the claim is denied, or you're stuck in back-and-forth, that's when a public adjuster earns their fee.
It depends on the loss and the carrier, but most claims move faster with complete documentation up front. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the free review.
We are licensed to practice public adjusting in Arizona and represent Arizona policyholders on residential and commercial property claims. License details are provided in every client agreement.
