Numbers contractors care about
How fast can you turn around an estimate?
Most estimates are back within a few business days once we have photos, measurements, and scope notes. Rush turnaround is available when a job can't wait — just tell us the deadline.
Do you work in my region's price list?
Yes. We write in the current Xactimate price list for the job's location and can match a carrier-specified list when required.
Can you review the adjuster's estimate and write a supplement?
That's most of what we do. Send the carrier's estimate and your photos; we identify missed items, code requirements, and pricing gaps, then package the supplement for submission.
What do you need from me to get started?
Photos, measurements or a sketch, your scope notes, and the carrier's estimate if there is one. We'll send an intake checklist after your first call.
How do you charge?
Per estimate or per supplement, with volume pricing for contractors who send us regular work. Many contractors pair estimating with our Collections service so approved supplements actually get paid.
Do you also handle the claim itself?
For contractors we stay in the estimating and documentation lane. If your customer needs representation with the carrier, our licensed Public Adjusting team can step in.
