All ten services
Each service has its own page with deliverables, pricing details, and FAQs.
Claims and advocacy
- Public Adjusting — A licensed advocate who documents, prices, and negotiates your property claim. You pay only when you're paid.
- Project Management & Owner's Representation — Scope, budget, contractor selection, build oversight, and closeout for homeowners, landlords, and HOAs.
- Design & Build Consulting — Constructability reviews, preliminary budgets, and permit guidance for designers, homeowners, and builders.
Estimating and field documentation
- Xactimate Estimating & Supplements — Carrier-ready estimates and photo-backed supplement packages that get approved.
- Moisture Mapping & Documentation — Drying logs, thermal imaging, and IICRC S500-aligned reports that justify every drying day.
- Drone Documentation & Inspections — Roof, exterior, storm-damage, and progress imagery from FAA Part 107 pilots.
Back office for contractors
- Collections — Carrier balances, depreciation, deductibles, and mortgage-endorsed checks worked until the money lands.
- Bookkeeping — Job-costed books, monthly P&L and cash-flow reports, and a CPA-ready year-end package.
- Sales & Marketing — Brand, website, Google Business Profile, lead-gen campaigns, CRM, and sales process.
- Process Automation — Workflow mapping, job-stage triggers, integrations, dashboards, and team training.
Popular bundles
Can I use just one service?
Absolutely. Most clients start with one — usually estimating, collections, or a public-adjusting claim — and add others once they've seen how we work.
Do you work for insurance companies?
No. We represent policyholders and contractors only. That's a deliberate choice so there's never a question about whose side we're on.
Where do you operate?
Public adjusting is offered to Arizona policyholders. Field services — moisture mapping, drone documentation, and project management — are available across Arizona. Estimating, collections, bookkeeping, marketing, and automation are delivered remotely nationwide.
How do you price your services?
It depends on the service: contingency for public adjusting and collections, per-estimate or per-job for estimating and documentation, and flat monthly fees for bookkeeping, marketing, and automation. Every fee is disclosed in writing before you sign, and bundles are discounted.
What's the fastest way to get started?
Book a free 20-minute consultation. We'll listen, recommend the right service, and give you a realistic timeline and quote on the call.
